I received my Addmotor Citytri E310 mid April. And have nearly 600 miles on it. I've had so much fun riding it. Any questions I've had a email to Addmotor. And they've responded quickly and answered my questions. I'm a senior citizen had 4 knee surgeries and a back surgery. I can pedal when I want exercise or use the throttle went I want to rest. It took me a few miles to learn how to ride it. I found a empty parking lot to practice turning. Since then no problems and I ride anywhere I want. I would highly recommend the E310.

I have wanted an electric bike for years and as I got older, I realized that my balance wasn't quite what it used to be so a 'trike" better suited my needs.I started my search online and there are hundreds of companies selling electric trykes.I researched many of them and kept a spreadsheet of various options. To make a long story short, when all was said and done, the Addmotor CITYTRI fit the best.I have to admit I watched all the videos on the website and when I watched one done by a couple from Yuma, AZ, and the woman riding was alot like me, I knew I had found the right one.

I've had it for about a month and absolutely love it.We have some sloping hills in the area we live in in Tucson, AZ and this little hummer has a lot of 'go power'.I ride down to our little village and get groceries, I cruise the neighborhood to see what's going on.I love that I can pedal when I want and get exercise and that I can have the 'assist" on those hills when I'm tired.

The company was great to work with and I just couldn't be happier.

My husband and I are really enjoying our trikes. We ride in our neighborhood. I live in East TN and we have so many hills here. The trikes have made it up every hill we've tried without a problem, and we've taken them up very big hills. It has changed our ability to get out and enjoy the neighborhood. I use full throttle and Kevin uses pedal assist. Great product. Posted pics of our bikes, of me with mine, and of what we see on our ride. Now tell me that's not peaceful.

I love my trike.I have previously ordered an E-Bike from another on line retailer, and it wasn't a very good experience. But Addmotor has it together.Love you guys!Love my e trike too.It doesn't ride like a bike, I can feel the tilt of the road even when I can't see it, but I'm getting used to that. The blue color looks better in person than on the computer, softer and prettier.I don't plan on being home very much anymore!

We have been ecstatic with our trike.Remarkably , it folds up small enough to fit in the back of an older Nissan Rouge. The power has been more than sufficient to romp right up significant inclines. My wife finds the middle size to be perfect for her (5' 6") and is very comfortable on it despite having significant back trouble. The brakes are fantastic, good thing as there is always the other side of the large hills to consider.Overall, I don't see how we could have done better.

I am a former bike racer of several years and proud of many wins and/or placing. I remained an amateur. Races were road and track. Road were 10, 15, 25 & 50 mile team races, time-trials and hill-climbs
Later in my middle years I remained a regular bike rider for pleasure.
In my senior years, illness slowed me down and restricted my motor control function and my balance.
Walking became possible only with aids: cane, roll-aider (walkers) and then a walking-bike (the 'Alinker')
Last year my motor control disability from Multiple Sclerosis and Diabetes II eliminated my ability to use even the Alinker.
Then I heard of the Addmotor Trike Citytri #E-310 Plus. I bought it.
It has been only one month. I am 80 years old this year. With the help of my 77 year old wife we unpacked the trike with ease. I assembled the handlebars, the folding mechanism, installation of a fender, attachment of one wheel and then the really difficult assembly confronted me!
The FRONT LIGHT & HORN plus the two handlebar mirrors had to be attached with the provided Allen-wrench! Whew, it took me over 4 minutes and I was sweating at the finish... Seriously, the hardest part of the assembly was locating the three serial #'s to register the bike and then going on line attempting any comprehension of how to do it. The Registration took way more time to do than preparing the bike from crate to first test-ride!

Review:
This trike exceeds all my expectations. I have yet to see one question in the reviews by potential buyers or new purchases that can not be answered after the first test-ride. The trike is intuitive and full of serendipity. The surprises are not just the thrust power, but the ease of the Power Assist, the total unnecessary need for gear shifting. Folks, non-one needs or wants gears, or hydraulic brakes! What the E310 has is optimum. I use the setting of limiting the speed; as it is simply FAST otherwise. Better brakes and I would be going 'head-over tea-kettle' LOL... Another surprise is the throttle mechanism. It took me almost 10 minutes to figure out how to use it well!Hey, the whole bike riding experience was easy to figure out. Is there a weakness or complaint? Perhaps I could say to beware turning normally if you have never been on a trike before. It is not unsafe or uncomfortable. But, it is different than a bike and be prepared to find out why and how to adjust your expectations. After a day, I don't think of it anymore. The saddle has been an issue all my life with every bike. Perhaps it is with most riders. On the E310 though, it feels like I am going for a motor-bike ride while sitting at my desk in my comfort chair!

OK, there is one change that I could think of for future changes on this trike: I can envision a fixed wheel lock, as an extension of the framework would be a great addition. With the keyed lock on the battery, an automatic wheel lock would deter theft many fold. The owner then would be responsible for purchasing one's own chain or extension lock for fixing the trike securely to a permanent post-like public convenience on streets or parking places. For myself, I will probably alter the pedals some time in the future as I am used to foot cages to keep my feet secured on to the pedals. For the trike, a cage is not the answer, but perhaps a unobtrusive toe guard where one could tuck at least the tip of one's foot to arrest any slippage of the foot - especially when 'ghost pedalling'.

I would recommend this trike. Cost for value is optimum. Weight is ideal. Collapsing functions work well; but would work better on the frame with some sort of hydraulic assist for the old fogeys like me who are starting to fade noticeable in the muscle & coordination department! The head light is a ten, the bike-horn better than average, say a 7 or 8. I bought the basket liner for the rear basket. It is average; however comparatively to the trike it does not reflect the same quality processes. For the $100 price tag - no complaints.

One last thought on this almost perfect travelling comparing for the elderly: I need an Allen-key that is longer with a handle. The piddly little orient-produced 'Ikea-keys' are a little hard on a senior's eye-sight and arthritic hands!

OK that's it. This is the real deal folks. I had it shipped to Eastern Canada from California. The shipping, packaging, and ordering all get a 10/10 from me. Registration gets a 5/10 and the "tool package" was OK but seemed cheap and gadgety throw-aways that might have seemed like a good idea to the marketing folks; however I am sure the QA people did NOT see them before shipping.BTW, I am totally independent, have no interest directly or indirectly in Addmotor Industries. I am just an old geezer enjoying my first shopping outings in three years - due to this trike's impact on my life!
